Another, of many, of my sunset photos. Taking photos of sunsets proves itself to be a challenging task at times; as staring through a lens at a sun isn't very healthy for your eyes. Sunset photos require a judgment of where the lens is pointing before looking through the viewfinder. Or wearing a pair of good sunglasses helps too.

Acute angles make a sunset photo appear very interesting at times. Along with the wet sand and the reflection of the sun off of the churning water along the beach, this photo has the ability to catch the eye.

My first tall-ship photos, firsts tend to be the best of a collection because a photographer always has a story for a first photo. The appearance that this photo is ragged and has a low resolution is an illusion. The pattern of the clouds, the robes and nets, an the sun reflecting off of the ropes gives this illusion that this photo is ragged and has a low resolution.

Here is the same ship, desembarking from the Toffino Main Dock. I believe this ship was called the "Concordia".
